Returns

We hope you will be happy with your purchase from us, if for any reason you wish to return an item you have the right to return any unwanted goods or to cancel your order prior to dispatch.
If you do want to return an item we ask that you contact us to confirm your intention and return the item within 7 days of receipt. The item must be returned in original condition and packaging and in a saleable condition.

Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent any damage on return. The goods will remain the buyers responsibility until returned. On receipt we will inspect and process refunds within 3 working days. The refund will be the full cost of the item less original Postage and Packaging charge.
In the case of furniture items, you can return any furniture item at the point of delivery, but subsequently if you wish to return a piece of furniture the charge will be £50 to arrange.

Faulty Goods 
We work hard to ensure that all our items are delivered in the safest possible way and that they arrive to you in perfect condition. In the event that your item has arrived damaged, please email us within 3 days of receipt to advise. We will contact you to discuss replacement of the item or component part. We cannot accept responsibility of damages after 3 days.
